Oh shit, three of my favorite. Deltrons 3030 CD is one of my personal top 5 favorites, but I don't love his stuff aside from that. I like Doom a lot, he's got such a raw type of style, but I can never go against the Wu Tang Clan.

I'm puttin my W up and giving a Suuuuuu and goin with the best rap group ever. Their poster hangs above my bed and I would feel too guilty to not vote for them and then try to look them in the eye every night.

Offtopic, but is Nas not in this? I don't remember seeing him in any of the polls, or can we all agree that he is the greatest and his entry would be too unfair :thumb:

Edit: nope, he lost to Black Star which is understandable

I'm not voting as, I like these artists a lot. But they win everything all the time, I'd like to see something else win for once.

Well, if you read the OP in the original thread it wa sbasically made so some outside hip-hop stars could win right? That's not happening, Doom and Wu Tang win everything.

key word being "could" win, the outside hip hop stars were given a chance and they didn't live up enough to win votes.

it's not that I ran out of rappers. I was continuing ethan's work. If you look at the greatest hip hop artist/group thread he asked for suggestions for rappers/groups and then he took all of those suggestions and made up the poll categories from random selection.

Doom, for sure. (Even though I'm trying to get into Wu-Tang Clan, I haven't given them a proper listen)

Voted for Del but honestly I'm not a big fan of him, I just don't want wu or doom to win because people on this forum **** ride them like a horny porn star.

Aw man, MF DOOM and Del are among my favorite figures in Hip Hop. This is tough. I love both of their solo projects, but Del has Deltron 3030 under his belt...
