Public Enemy may be more important but preferencwise for me its gotta be the FF. Inner City Griots is a West Coast classic.

What was that? Last I checked they're in second place, next to the nearly untouchable PE

I'm pleasantly surprised they're getting love. They got overlooked most the last 20 years

when he made that comment they only had one vote and it was probably his vote.

Maybe he shouldn't assume then, it goes without saying that MB is very knowledgable on all types of music.

I feel bad because i've only listened to Deep Puddle Dynamics and Public Enemy. Maybe I voted wrong.

1. Public Enemy and FF's importance can be debated; I'd probably give it to Public Enemy, mostly for their widespread acclaim / recognition. But I think Freestyle Fellowship is just... better.

Yes, when I voted, I was the only vote for Freestyle Fellowship. I posted a topic about them a while back which got like, no responses. Same goes with a topic I posted about Aceyalone. That, and they are one of the most slept on hip hop groups of all-time.

Okay, my assumption was wrong; however, it was a fair one.
