Exactly, it's only been a day and already I'm sick of people saying "music will never be the same again". I mean it's unfortunate that he died the way he did, but I think music will endure.

He was a big star but a huge loss to music? I don't think so.... His last album was garbage and he didn't do much musically in the few years before it was released or after it. His life started to be less about his music and more about scandals. I don't think he was a huge loss. If he were in his prime, yeah, I could see that statement being true, but he wasn't in his prime and his music was overshadowed by his way of life.

He influenced a lot of people and once made great music. Sorry that he passed on but he wasn't a huge loss.
