Now that he's dead, I think it'll eventually get easier to remember him for the music he made rather than pedophilia, baby-dangling, changing his skin color, nose falling off - everything that made him a freak basically.

Whatever the reason I find it slightly freaky when someone who starts out as black has surgery and becomes whiter than I am.

Not really. He claimed that he put on light colored makeup to conceal the light blotches that appeared on his skin but that's doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It's much easier to cover a light color with a dark color than it is to cover a dark color with a light one, so why not just do that? Even assuming the disease thing is true the fact that he chose to wear light skin-tone makeup rather than a color that matched his actual skin tone is still pretty weird.

All the other black people you see with vitiligo, they have it in patches, I've never seen one who was white all over like Jackson was. I think that's why people didn't buy it.
