Pop Vocal Harmony Group (pop, genre, albums, Backstreet Boys, talent)

Do you guys think another one of these groups (aka boy bands, like *N SYNC and Backstreet Boys) could still be a hit?

I've been working on finding some talent for one, but I am not sure how popular it would be / if it would get a record deal.

I'm thinking of a more contemporary pop genre though, not stuff that was "cool" back in the 2000's.

Boy bands with good looks and no discenible talent will always get signed and sell shedloads of albums. Lame Thread=dumped.
