You could level this at Ramones, Motorhead and many other bands that make similar albums. These are the bands you want to hear for a good rock out without having to pore over every lyric or twisty rythmn. Crank it up and that's it. Trance music is the same and so is a lot of Sigur Ros and EITS (stuff I all like). I think if you didn't have bands like this then you would have nothing to gauge more complex music against. Sometimes the most simplest music is the best.
