Yeah I suppose, but I just think everything he has done is just very mediocre. I'll give him credit but still think he's overrated.

i am quoting this just to get back into the conversation.

but when the pretender came it was all i heard on the radio, all my friends played, and around grammy time. all i heard on t.v. it was an o.k. song off a very very very mediocre album and i felt like i was crazy for the being the only freaking person who didnt like that bland overhyped boring and generally uninspired peice of song writing. and that has been every single other song that i have heard by the foo fighters. dave grohl needs to stay behind the drums for tenacious d or die, those are his only options.

obviously i am being harsh, but my point is the foo fighters are quite overrated.

I will concede that Kiss are more than likely incredible showmen (I've never seen them live) but as far as them being a great band of excellent musicians and songwriters, etc... no freaking way.
