After It's Only RnR they were in and out of genres like Country and Reggae & Disco, (not that there is anything wrong with that) but at least on that album they had some of the hottest Hard Rock numbers they ever recorded. It was Mick Taylor last outing with the Stones, he was awesome on guitar. I heard Keith wanted to split after Too Much Blood which reminds me of that song Bed Are Burning - horrible 80s music, & are both beyond criticism I always thought that Midnight Oil was over-rated (with that rancid song Beds are Burning - that was the worst peice of dingo crap I ever heard.) If they had broken up after Exile I would be bloody annoyed because Goats Head Soup & Some Girls are just as good as anything they put out in the 60s.
Up until 1982 the only bad album they put out was Black & Blue. The early 80s is when they should have called it a day.

His popularity has risen dramatically in the past few years. In light of the fact that its been years since his death it's almost alarming. Despite this fact his music deserves all the attention it's been getting. I bought Grace 15 years ago and I must say it sounds as good today as when I 1st heard it.
