A lotta people who worship the Ramones weren't alive to see them a-live. They were proprietarily a live band and their fans are too young and too stupid to know that.

"Load"-era Metallica. (Pre-"Black album", they were probably the most underated.) They weren't bad after they changed their sound, it was just that everybody, MTV, VH1, Much Music, Rolling Stone... were kissing their @ss. Even Metallica was kissing their own @ss. Again, not bad, just praised way too much.
