They aren't the best musicians in the world, no. And there are plenty of songs by them I'd consider crap, (and I'm a Nirvana fanatic), but there are even more that I love.

Well you have your opinion and I have mine. That's the beauty of music. I will say in their defense that if I hear them on the radio, I usually don't change the station.

Indeed. It's good that it's your opinion in musical taste, and not because someone else says so. I can't stand getting into arguments about Nirvana,
(or any other band), with people that haven't really listened, and just agree with whatever they read online or see on TV.

Yeah I don't just hop on the bandwagon. I like to do my homework so I don't look(or am viewed) as an idiot. So I get where your coming from. I hate arguements like that too.

That explains why they were being compared to the Beatles before he died.

I guess that is true, however statistically speaking don't The Beatles hold the current record for most #1 Singles from an English band? I could be mistaken but I thought that is about right.

In my opinion, I'd have to say Kiss.

Nahh thats not true.

I think their first few albums are well worth listening to. If they`d spilt up after Rock n Roll Over I think they`d be a lot more highly regarded.

I use to have at least 5 albums by them. InvokeTheDarkAge I think has even more.
