Default How to transform piano notes to recorder sheet?

Hello,

I have been looking for the recorder sheet of a song but have only found somebody playing it on a piano: watch?v=x03062j_hgk

How do you find out which notes you have to play on the recorder, seeing the notes hit on the piano? I have tried to note the notes hit with the right hand but it looks awkward and I am not even sure whether they are right.

Thanks in advance!

You need to figure out which notes played on the piano are the notes for the main melody you want to play on your recorder. Guess you just need to try and listen. Then you can transpose all notes so that you can play it on the recorder (probably a c-soprano?)

Greetings,
Meticus
