Wich Keyboard to buy?

yeah, sorry for the clickbait. but i really need help here

Hey, i will start learning Playing the Keyboard or is it called the Piano?
i have no clue sorry,

i m looking for a keyboard wich i can use on the pc.
i want the keys to be Programmable so i can put other sounds on the keys.
also im using fl studio. i've been looking around for some keyboards but.
some of them are not completely programmable. so i would like to ask here first before spending 200+ moneys. ( it would be nice if i can buy one wich only i hear the sounds with headphones, since i dont want do disturb anyone with my stuff)

also wich cables and other hardware will i need, if i buy that particular keyboard you recommended me?
