Default Body Beat or even possibly an APP for drummers, etc.
Hello everyone,

My drum teacher thinks it would be helpful that I wear a body beat to practice with the pauses.

Or even possibly purchase a metronome instead?

Or maybe even another option could be to possibly download some type of a "body beat" APP in one's phone, etc?

Any one have any good advice or suggestions?
