Default Piano problem

I just got a Casio CDP-130 and one of the bass G keys is very loud when i compare it to the other keys next to it. I thought is was the touch sensitivity was broken but it still seems to work fine on that key and when i turn it off they all sound the same. i even used a decibel meter to see how off it is and its about 10dB.

I just want to know is this normal for pianos or should i send back and get a new one?

Thank you to anyone who can help.

Send it back for a replacement or repair. Sounds like the touch sensor for that specific G key isn't working right.
