one more thing what do you think about copyright??
I´m thinking about uploading videos of the stuff I come up with on youtube do you think theres a risk of being ripped off or something? so is it safe to do that??
I think this would be quite dependant on who you are playing with and your patience when playing with others. What I mean by that last part is are you okay playing for a little a while and not having things sound totally right? If you don't know keys and chord names you'll spend a bit more time when you are jamming with your friends in that zone of being off. I personally don't mind not know much about chord names, key signatures etc because I just wait for when things sound good and go with that.

If others expect you to know these things then it might be worth taking some time to learn some more theory prior to make communication easier.

Either way I hope you find a path that helps build your confidence in your playing. Sometimes just jumping into playing with others can be a great way to find out where your skill level is and what needs to be worked on and what isn't too important.
