Default Looking to buy a drum set

I was going to buy a drumset, but don't know much about them. I want one that comes with a tom on a stand, so not attached to the bass drum. I'm okay with one regular tom, and one floor tom. I'd also prefer it comes with cymbals that aren't terrible. If somebody can link me to one that matches that description, I'd really appreciate it a lot. Preferably within 700-800 dollars. If it's more expensive that's fine too.

Used Tama Swingstar. I don't know of any kits that have a dedicated stand for the toms, but you could easily buy one.

The Gretsch Energy 5-piece is a good kit in your price range and includes Sabian SBR cymbals.
