Right now I'd have to say:
Diego del Morao
Parrilla de Jerez
Antonio Rey
Agustin Carbonell
Pavel Steidl

Over the last decade:
Vicente Amigo
Gerardo Nuñez
Paco de Lucia
Tomatito
Julian Bream

From the steel string world:
Adam Rafferty
Tuck Andress

When I first started playing:
Jimi Hendrix
Bob Dylan

it's not necessarily just one person, rather the entire band of The Fall of Troy

On my drumming, probably the likes of Flipper, Minutemen, Fugazi, Parliament, Incubus, Immortal Lee County Killers, Muddy Waters, NoFX, Refused, Discharge, At the Drive-In, Cloud Nothings, Melvins, Boris, Kyuss, Electric Wizard, and Aphex Twin. I like to throw in a lot of Drum n Bass, Jazz-Funk, Stoner/Sludge, and Blues into my primarily punk drumming style.

If you've listened to my demo, and are wondering what I'm talking about, it's probably because we didn't put a whole lot of thought into it. I like how it turned out, but it certainly isn't us at our best.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Just masterful.
Shawn Lane...what a great musician he was. He was what, 16 and touring with Black Oak Arkansas? Definite influence of mine when I first started playing and to this day, too sad that he died so young. Other influences of mine would be Randy Rhoads, Ronnie Montrose, Alex Lifeson, and Dave Mustaine just to list a few.
