I Just Dont Use Effects Anymore

I have a bunch of high end effects in Fulltone, Demeter, Homebrew...but I never use them now. My amps provide all the grind I need and I'm not a modulation guy.

I spent some time studying David Gilmour's tone and eventually realized that most of it comes from his fingers, not his equipment.

I have a friend that only uses an overdrive pedal when breaking into leads?

I think it is always good to have an overdrive pedal for a little crunch, and a reverb pedal if your Amp's built-in isn't to liking. Use to play in a postrock band back in the day, never once had a clean tone!
