Does anyone know what the instrument on his mouth is? I've been trying to Google it for quite some time, but to no avail.

It is just the same tool used a lot in Country music. IDK what it's called but they move it around w/ their hand on what looks like a keyboard.
The reason it doesn't sound like country there is bc they're moving it slower and high pitched to make the Asian sound. |

It's a normal keyboard or synth, with one of these attached to it (Or at least, something very much like it. Its simply a midi controller that takes its input from breath): BC3 - Breath Controllers - Accessories - Music Production Tools - Products - Yamaha United States
