Favourite guitar for me is a telecaster....In looks, sound and how it plays. I love mine, I'm so used to it now it's weird to pick up a different guitar....I use it pretty much exclusively over my others (epiphone dot, epiphone sg)

Telecasters RULE. The perfect middle ground between a Strat and Les Paul.

Mine.

Is that an ash Tele? Very nice finish there.

I succumbed and ordered a Squier Classic Vibe '50s Telecaster just the other day. Relatively reasonably priced and the reviews of it were excellent.

Very impressive -- must give great tone.

My humble Squier Tele is just plain ol' pine body. But it's nice to have a Tele-ish guitar again (the Tele I had as a teenager was a real American Tele).

<-----Expecting the guitar, not the amp (although I'd love that amp). I purchased a used Fender 25R amp.

That's beautiful-I want that colour combo-Mine's a Mexican, wine red with white guard. I've swapped out the bridge for the Wilkinson 3 brass saddle one though....

I have the 52 rele with 3 saddle bridge. Worried about keeping it in tune before I bought it but that thing is solid.

Tele's stay in tune through anything...mine will stay in its case inbetween rehearsals (if I leave it at our room) for a few days, pull it out the case and it's fine.

Every time I see Chula's Telecaster I wake right up, it's absolutely gorgeous. I'm quite jealous of how pronounced the wood grain is, and especially of the knot in the wood. I do love my ash body American Std. Tele to bits, especially the wavy grain pattern, but I'd kill for a knot somewhere.

But of course that's the great thing about natural finishes, they're all quite unique.
