Replacing the electronics on an electric guitar

I want to replace the electronics on my rip off univox mosrite. I talked about this guitar in a previous thread about fixing it. It does work but it does cut out from time to time (a couple times every 15 minutes) and would rather try replacing all of the old electronics in the thing than trying to fix it.

I want to put these pickups in the thing.
Neck Soapbar 180 humbucker in Soapbar P90 Shell- HIGH OUTPUT

What else should I expect to buy. It'd be cool to order all of it from this site.

I have pick-ups something similar to them on my Ultra III. They're split coil, are the Soapbar 180s split coil? Would you install a switch if they were? If you going to replace everything were you thinking 250k or 500k for the pots? Generally if you like a bright tone 500k, if you like a warm tone 250k with a 22 mf capacitor. One possibility is you can use 250k pots and also add a shunt to the volume control like some do with Telecasters.
