Default I want to learn the bagpipes...
...anyone know where I can start? I don't even know if I can get bagpipes around here, despite living less than 1hr from the Scottish border.

I have bagpipes haha! Most people I know who pipe are in pipe bands and have learned there I suppose. I could look something up for you if you want?
