Guybrush Juicious Maximus III Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: Scabb Island Posts: 6,525	I really doubt that steel frets absorb a lot of vibration from the strings and there's probably stuff you could do with your technique that would increase gain a lot more than this stuff so I agree it's probably snake oil. I would like to try a guitar with quartz frets though __________________ Something Completely Different
