I can play a bit of guitar and piano. There are a few instruments I'd love to learn, though... the violin, the banjo, and the mandolin, namely.

Relearning the violin/fiddle....by myself. I'm lousy right now but working on it. Hoping to start lessons again this fall. I really wish I never quit years ago. I'm also hoping to start playing a little with the guitar too pretty soon.

I own an acoustic guitar, but saying that I can play it would be more or less a lie. I played a little tiny bit 10 or so years ago, but now that few years ago I finally had the money to buy my own, I haven't had the time nor energy to practice I'd also love to learn to play banjo.

Oh, and in elementary school I played recorder and kantele not because I wanted to, but because all of us kids had to

Piano and pretty good at it.

Want to play guitar badly. And unfortunately, I do play badly
I can handle basic strumming and all the chords but I have a hard time making it dynamic. But I am beginning to experiment with odd tunings to see what kind of weird sounds to get.

In fact this gives me a thread idea...
