I read in no particular order:

Bass Player- possibly one of the most well-known of the bass magazines, certainly one of the most common. It has some very good tabs, interviews and lessons.

Bass Guitar Magazine- the Brit version of BP magazine. Better than BP in some respects for the fact there's loads more of gear reviews and techy stuff, as well as some more theory-based lessons.
Same as above plus BASS MUSICIANS MAGAZINE
