Default Looking for a drummer

So I am finding it very hard to find a drummer of any sex in Dublin...

If anyone is interested in having a listen to the tracks please contact me as I'm not allowed post a url here for some reason!!

The name of the band is This Other Kingdom, I have about 9 songs just about recorded...the guitarist has basically learned them all and the bassist is in the process of learning them

My influences are John Lennon, Joy Division, Interpol, BRMC, Black Angels, The Doors

Thanks very much...hope to hear from one of you soon

I drum in my classic rock band. I'm not the best, but I'm not the worst either. I have been improving, first thing I did was make sure I got crazy train down note for note. I've been listening to alot of Zeppelin forever, and its daunting but I've been working on some of their songs.

I'm a drummer, and a guy (which is why I'm called DrummerDUDE...)
I play in a Contemporary Christian/ Worship band with my two brothers and my dad. I've played percussion for a couple years too.

Former drummer and teacher! now music biz guru. Also a journalist.

Include your influences!!

1. Neil Peart (since drumming had a place in my life, 13years old, till now at 23 Mr. Peart recent talent in Jazz, and previous in Rock/Funk fusion
are unmatched. Not to mention is intellectual features, lyrics, and
authorship of books. Combined talent is again, unmatched. After
honestly and professionally reviewing amazing talents like Royster, Beauford, Pertnoy, Bonham, Bernard Purdie, jojo mayer, bill buford, and Buddy Rich. None have all the attributes of Neil Peart. But most drummers, past a certain time, are all equals as they mainly play...drums and can do it with their eyes close. Still only some, have drumming down to a stunning yet effortless science like Peart. Pertnoy listed him as a major influence. Even so, basically any drummer than has been dedicated to 4hr a day practice and growth for atleast 10 years, is nearly as good as any well acclaimed stage preformer. But none, well known or underground, come close to the essence that Peart has been working with since the early 70's. All my personal drumming loves aside, he the best musician that has ever touched a pair of sticks, put pen to pad, still playing 30+ years after his major debut. To top it off...wrote a book about it all. The best...ever.
