I have been eying that for awhile now. The only problem is that the neck doesnt feel great. And even worse is that its the stupid 3 bolt design so you cant just nab a good regular tele neck and stick it on. Other than that tho its a great guitar.

Yeah, it's really pretty much like a Strat neck with a tele headstock, and I do prefer the narrower tele necks.

I dont get what the advantage is to the 3 screw neck. They speak as if its an upgrade of sorts.

Its not similar at all. Its a completely different guitar. The neck is a strat neck but the body is 100% different. Pickups, Tone Knobs, Bridge, Selector Switch...

My mate has a 75 tele that has the most sparkling shimmering tone I've ever heard on a guitar, he does let me play it sometimes but not often as It is usually covered in drool when I hand it back.
