Reasons For Becoming A Musician?

well, there was a point in elementary school(4th or5th grade) when my dad said that we had to do at least one year in band for the values that it brought. then at middle school orientation i decided that it would be cool if i played trumpet. so i was very good in beginning band, and i thought it was great to play a trumpet. so now i play in intermediate and jazz band for 7th grade. and im thinking about guitar without tabs, teachers, or anything. just the music i have and the music that i want to get.
