Music Banter - Can any Guitarists or Pianists out there help?

I would really like to play these 2 pieces. One on guitar, the other on piano respectively. But I'm not at the level where i can just ear it out and it would be a huge help if someone could take the time to tab the guitar or make some sheet music for the piano version.

Piano takes priority as i can deal with the guitar, but if someone can, tabs would be appreciated as well.
