.....I'd say learn the inacurate tab and then listen to the record, then try to bridge the gap between the two. Even if the tabs innacurate they'll at least get the key or some chords/root notes right. It could be two seemingly insignificant notes that can throw the whole thing off, and it's your job to find out what those notes are. Dissect it like you would a frog...it's not that fun at first, but it'll help learn other songs faster.
....There's the literal transcription and then there's playing style/feel.That's probably a lot more important than the tab, otherwise most ac/dc songs are just a bunch of chords. It's the little variations that angus young puts on the chords that are most important. ....and yes a lot of times songs are a hell of a lot simpler than you think.(I remember thinking "satisfaction" had to be complex than it sounded like) ...youtube has amateur guitar lessons. ....most solos are based off the penatonic blues scale...learn johnny b. goode, most of youngs solo's are just variations of the same thing. "back in black" is basically "shakin all over". ...also what sites were you going to for tab? ...and if you know a lot of this stuff already I apologize in advance.
