tune the snare up fairly tight, and tune the bass drum and toms fairly loose.
You are also going to need cymbals and a double pedal
I would recommend a cymbal pack that includes 14" hi-hats, 16" crash, and a 20" ride cymbal. Sabian and Zildjian make good entry level cymbals. Pearl and Tama make pretty affordable entry level double pedals.
Focus on gaining control of this basic setup before you add any more drums or cymbals.
