Thumbs up Bought guitar, would like feedback

Hey everyone,
First time to this site and i really like it. I just bought a Fender Strat (first guitar) from pickurgear.com. Im really happy with it and it sounds pretty awesome. Wondering if anyone else has this guitar and has had the same experience?
I would appreciate any feedback, like i said this is my first guitar.

If you want some feedback, turn your amp up and walk right up to it

the site only sells squire packs or what looks like a mexican (based on the price). it's a horrible site. i've checked it three times now and still can't figure out how (if it's even possible) to get details about the products they're selling.

strats aren't horrible guitars, they're just incredibly generic. mine became a teenager last october.

Don`t be discouraged dude. Everyone starts somewhere - start practicing your Blues scale and a few chords, you`ll soon be in business....

Lots of established players are very fussy with their gear and opinions - eventually you`ll be this way too.

I`d recommend taking your guitar to a proper music shop, ask an assistant if they`ll "set it up" for you, (this means adjusting the bridge, pickup heights etc.) This should make it nicer to play. Change your strings reguarly, at least once a month and finally.....

Buy a little valve amp, instead of that piece of sh!t practice ampit came with! Seriously, a little Fender Champion Amp, or some sort of cheapy VALVE amp will sound a hundred times better and you will practice with a smile.
I`m also a fan of Vox Valvetronix, but they take a bit of fiddling. valve amps you just turn on and they sound good..... usually

Welcome to the world of electric guitars dude!

the only feedback i'm going to give is never, ever buy gear from a website where the owners can't spell "your" properly.
