Default Pan ES-335

I've been playing with my '68 Pan ES-335 for quite some time now. Superb guitar, solid build, great sound, great action, but the strings do get a little higher near the body.

Anyway, I'm curious as to how much this thing is worth. I've seen quite a range of prices (from 600 to 2000$) on various websites, including the Ultimate Guitar forums. Hopefully someone has a little more information.

By the way, it's a Japanese Gibson imitation.

Here's a picture of the Gibsom version.
