Default QUESTION: Learning Curve
I have recently started playing guitar, and the learning curve (just to clarify with my semantics: the time it takes for me to actually become comfortable playing) is pissing me off.

Anyone have any advice (besides drugs) as to how I could stay focused? Guitar is one of the only instruments whose sound I actually find pleasing, so I want to play.
