I would have to say drums, my hands are small too and its not like it effects your playing. But I'm definately biased. I guess it depends on what kind of music you want to play.

violin is also not a bad alternative , it can really add a pump to any genre of music

You can do piano and guitars too. practice makes perfect. Just think of it, why do kids play piano and guitar? they have small hands....for sure you can do it. Don't make your self pity because your teacher says that your hands are stiff it doesn't matter. I have a friend that plays piano in our church and he has a curved hands. Be positive......:afro:

if you love music so much, why not play all of them? you would have to learn how to control those tiny muscles in your fingers so you could play clarinete and piano, but why not?
