Starting an instrument...

Hi everyone. Im currently looking to start an instrument over the summer! I've always been a singer, and would like to start an instrument to accomeny vocals.

I was thinking either piano, or guitar (i have a little expirience in piano)

Does anyone have any tips/ or opinion on which i should choose?

What kind of music do you make? What are you into?

I think you should learn piano..ive heard once you've learned to play Piano you can pick up a lot quicker with other instruments.

Get something unconventional. The whole singer/guitarist, singer/pianist thing is too much of a sthick.

Get a Hurdy Gurdy. :D

Piano's hardcore as well.

It's all about theory to, which will help you with all other instruments.

i think you should start learning Guitar Hero..the only instrument you need is that little plastic guitar.

Guitar Hero II rules.

My favorite songs to play are War Pigs, YYZ and Carry On Wayward Son.
