At the end of the day it was just another American Standard, if I find myself longing for the love of a Tele again it certainly won't be hard to find myself a nearly identical model for the same price I originally paid.
I have my MESA Lonestar 2x12 listed as well right now. Also sad to see it go but likewise since I got the SG I've been playing my Single Rectifier a lot more and it's really all I need for the band I have going right now.

Over a year later, with the motorcycle paid off, I just happened to find my old Telecaster listed on Craigslist in Vancouver last week, drove out and bought it back yesterday. I've been belly aching about selling it for a year now and keeping my eye out for used Telecasters of the same generation, so glad I found my old one, it's still set up exactly the same as the day I sold it and the two fellas that have owned it over the last year really looked after it well (or just didn't play it much). Glad to have it back.
