Thanks man. It really is a versatile rock machine.

So I sold my beloved Telecaster a few weeks ago. Sad to see it go but I've been liquidating my assets in pursuit of a certain motorcycle and the Telecaster just hasn't been getting the loving it used to since I got my SG. At the end of the day it was just another American Standard, if I find myself longing for the love of a Tele again it certainly won't be hard to find myself a nearly identical model for the same price I originally paid.

I have my MESA Lonestar 2x12 listed as well right now. Also sad to see it go but likewise since I got the SG I've been playing my Single Rectifier a lot more and it's really all I need for the band I have going right now.

Also liquidated a ton of stuff. Custom ordered the guitar on the left in honor of Holdsworth after he passed and absolutely fell in total love with it. Great tones, killer playability, and the ergonomics are brilliant. Actually forced myself to pick up my other guitars but they all felt so big, bulky, and awkward by comparison. Six weeks after getting the first one I ordered the one on the right. Getting use to the multi-scale took no time at all. Learning how to best incorporate the low B string is proving a bit harder.

Kiesel (the founder of Carvin's last name) was formed so that they could focus 100% on stringed instruments, while all of the amps, electronics, and PA stuff is still in the old Carvin facility. Can't say enough about the build quality. And the fact you buy direct from the factory saves a ton of middle man markup.

Currently playing 2016 Les Paul Studio with a Marshal DSL40c amp. I've become a bit obsessed with pedals lately. The last two I picked up were the Trio+ (looper, band creator) and the Muffaletta (Fuzz)

My main rig for a long time many, many years ago was a Mexican Strat into a Peavey Bandit.

First had some cheap ass acoustic guitar
Then a basic Ibanez that I covered up with stickers to make it look like John Frusciante's.
Got an Epiphone Dot a year later that I still play sometimes.
in 2015 I bought a Fender Road Worn Strat in White that I still play a lot
Right now I'm playing my Fender Jazzmaster with Bigsby bridge.
