Thanks Chula, I don't normally give the Slab's neck pickup enough attention, there's a ton of attitude and sass in there when you really dig into the strings, I've always been a huge sucker for middle position cleans on my Tele. The first two sections of that recording are neck pickup, tone knob rolled a pinch back for the whole recording, last section is middle position.

I decided to pull the trigger on buying myself an electric guitar and amplifier a week ago. Now I realized how much skill it takes to play. One bad pluck and it screws up whatever melody I'm going for.
Now I'm in awe listening to anything remotely coherent sounding. However with the help of YouTube, I was able to find one artist I was able to imitate and perhaps even exceed.

My new favorite rig.
EBMM Majesty > Xotic SP Compressor > TC Electronics Dreamscape > Yamaha THR amp. Finally found a rig where I can get incredible, INCREDIBLE, tones at volume levels that don't intrude on anyone else's space. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNLh95-opVc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45SbMkssKR0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7Oc8GNbG-w https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vWjUVQbHLnM
