I play piano and sax. I am also teaching myself guitar.

For guitar, I have an epiphone Sg. I run that through a BOSS RT20. From there, it runs into a Line 6 spider 4. With this amp, I've got everything I need. I keep the drive and equalizer controls at max position for the full effect. I turn the drive off when going for clean though. The rt20 helps me to get a better warble tone, since the line 6 chrorus effect was a bit subtle. I was slightly disappointed in this. The rt20 is a Leslie speaker simulator. It has four different settings. It is a twin pedal. The additional pedal is for the speed of the rotors. It also has overdrive, which is another reason I brought this pedal. Line 6 distortion is a bit muffled at times, so I keep the overdrive on the rt20 at maximum to keep it bright. Either chrorus, flange or phaser is a great combination with a clean signal running through the rt20 and amp

As far as a sax, I play a Conn into a special jazz mouthpiece and I use a ruggatti gold reeds.

For the piano, I play a used Shomer and Co upright

Lightning can be dangerous, Walter.

Which one? The bolt-neck or setneck? Epi makes both. The setneck is significantly nicer.

The Yamaha acoustics are really good.

For some reason one almost never hears about Soundgear basses, or at least I haven't.

Hmm that Peavey is a Strat copy then. Though I know Peavey pretty well and don't know of a Fat Strat (Strat with a humbucker in the bridge) they've ever made.

The LP is a Les Paul Deluxe, or some variant thereof. It's got mini-humbuckers rather than the standard sized ones.

Shame he doesn't play the Casino. I just got one and they're great guitars.

What are the open notes of the 3-string? Are they in a guitar's range, or bass? Or something else?

The amp, that looks like a tiny speaker. 6"? 8"? Tell us more about the amp. Wattage output? Solid state or tube?

Inquiring minds wanna know.

Cool. I've never actually owned a PRS, whether SE or USA.

I'm guessing it'll happen eventually. Although the wide-thin necks on a lot of the USA models are a dealbreaker for me, even if I could afford them, which I can't.

To say nothing of fretboard birdies.
