yes you can!
- just type in whatever song you want to learn into a search engine - put down either tableture or chords easy as that. i suggest that if you dont know chords then you should get a book that explains it! some good sites http://www.guitartabs.cc/ and http://www.mxtabs.net/

well yeah... the tabs can be found on internet of course... and you can memorize them and play them that way... but you catch on so much faster with a teacher... i mean it could take months just to learn something your teacher can teach in a matter of days
