I'm looking into doing a video project, but i don't know what to do first, i have a tv tuner card so i can hook a camera via my video Ins on that card.
What i'm looking to do is to record the stuff off a camera via live in video+audio.
Then i'd like to edit it and be able to put multiple graphics on the screen.
I have no clue on how to start with a problem does anyone have a good program off the top of their heads?
Freeware or payed. It doesn't matter.
