Default Amp get really crazy help!

Hi

Sorry if my english is bad but i can't find any answer anywere! I hope you will be able to help me!

I have an Bass guitar Amp 20 watt bass combo EC8 From eden.

My amp alway make very high noise! It's sound like crackling. Like when you plug your bass to your amp when it's on it's make a Crack! Sometime there is no crakeling but very often that's **** happen!

But, First i was thinking that was my cable from my bass to my amp... So i removes the cable but the problem is still here! Alway make a crakeling!

But if i play bass my bass sound from the amp is normal! Just that Heavey crakeling at the same time! I was thinking that was some interference but i moved my amp to another house and alway crakeling!

I think i found where the problem is... If i plug my ipod to my amp in the sterio media input the crakeling stop!

I check inside the amp all chip look good! Now i don't really know what to do! Does that problem already happen with you?

Have you tried playing your bass through a different amp?

Your cone is probably going out.

But if i use my logic, By cone, you mean the speaker the thing in cone shape? Right?

If you mean this i'm not sure it's thats! Cause if i play base the sound is perfectly normal i can pull the volume at max wihout problem! But the crakleing is working almost all the time if i play or not... And if i put down the volume of my bass at max, the crakeling is still here! This change nothing to the crakleing sound! and the crakleing is very Heavey!

Yes that's what I'm referring to. It can still have a bass sound but crackling is a trademark signal that it's going out.
