Default Backing Tracks Software?

I will be doing a few solo gigs coming up in a few weeks. I am a guitarist/singer and have always played with a band, so I need some music behind me.

My ultimate goal would be to create the tracks as MP3s and just dump them onto my iPhone and play those through the PA and play/sing along.

I'm looking for software that would run on my Windows PC and I could drop chords into time signatures to create standard blues tracks, but also be able to edit them to create non-standard progressions (some of my songs aren't standard 12-bar blues), with stops and turnarounds, etc. I would even be okay with writing the bass part as music on a stave if I needed to. And then spit out an MP3 when it was right.

Also, I don't want it to sound too "Wedding Singer"-ish, if you know what I mean.

Not afraid to spend a little cash.
