Track Marking Flac Files?

Hi guys i need your help i need an accual "FREE" software program to download that is easy to use, i have flac files that are just one long track so i want to track mark and lable them, i have downloaded and tried about six so called free programs only to have them tell me at the end of all my hard work learning how to use them that i need to register-(buy) it to be able to save changes? frustrating, i hope someone can help me out here, cheers
