Well, unless you have one already then you're going to be spending more money on a power amp for those speakers because they're passive.

You're better off getting a pair of active monitors if you don't want to worry about buying a separate power amp. Also I noticed that the freq response on the Behringers only go down to 55Hz... You'll want something that goes down to at least 35 or 40Hz if you're planning on using or identifying any sub frequencies in your mix.

I own a pair of these and they're only 40 more squiddies than your current overhead, but I can vouch for these as I've been using them for about 4 years now.
