Certainly not worth the once-upon-a-time $350 price tag. Someone left these at my old job in kind of beat up shape. Cleaned em up and patched em up and have had them for 3 years.

But wouldn't pay more than $25 for a brand new pair.

I don't doubt it. The noise cancelling is a feature I really like, though.

The Sony XM4s are the way to go, I think. Can get a cheap slightly used pair on ebay.

I have the Sony XM3 and am SUPER happy with them. Bought them last year at the start of the pandemic at a discount for 220USD. Love the design, super handsome and sleek. Noise cancelling is great too (quite important when going to work on the metro). Not sure how much better XM4 can be.

I've been rocking AKG Q701s since 2014. Only have to replace the cable once in a while. The most amazing cans I've ever had. Incredibly comfortable.

Believe it (good suggestion) but I wanted wireless. Went with the Sony. With the warranty I try not think about the price.
