hi
Hi guys I got a question: I am reletavly new in music making and would like to ask if anyone could recommend me any headphones which I could use for monitoring, mixing AND everyday normal use? I am leaning towards the diesel vektrs by monster, since these look awesome, sound flat and can realy be boosted with the right equilising software. My budget would be about 120 bucks. All replies would be appreciated!!!

I have Audio Technica ATH-M50's and I really like them. About $140 on Amazon.

I want a pair. Can't justify it though, and no need really. But they are immense. |
I have a pair of Sony MDR-V55s, and they sound good, so I like them even though they're not all that comfortable to wear.

JVC HAM55X
Not the most expensive or best ones by a long shot but for only 50 dollars, they're pretty nice sounding. |
I use:
At home - B&W P7 Bowers & Wilkins P7 Mobile Hi-Fi headphones Out of the house - Sennheiser HD218i Sennheiser HD 218i - On Ear Smartphone Headset - Stereo,HiFi,Travel - Smart Phone / Mobile Phone |
Just got myself some Marley:

For recording and stuff I use some studio-standard Sony Monitoring phones, i forget the specific model. They have that coily wire...
As for listening on my phone, ipod, whatever, I just use some Samsung earbuds I have right now. Not very good, not much bass. I used to use the newer Apple Earpods, but those things cut off so much top end that I stopped wearing them. |
