i have poopy mic now and want somthing better but i am poor

if all you want is a microphone for your pc you can probably find something decent by logitech for that price.

but if you want a decent recording or performance mic you're going to have to double your budget (minimum) or get really lucky with a used sale. you MIGHT be able to score some old shure sm57s or sm58s for your price but i'd expect them to be in less than pristine condition.
