I need your help! (speakers, track, quote, band, songs)

This is what I want to do...

(I am a drummer)

I want to run my click track through my headphones, and have that synced up with background noise between songs and perfectly timed synth parts that can be heard through the speakers.

So that as the band plays, I can hear my click track and the crowd can hear the added sounds durning and between songs.

I know this is possible I just cant quite figure out what I need.

Any ideas?
